It addresses the need to price loans, capture applications, and move deals to closing within a single platform.
Key capabilities include digital mortgage pre-applications (with Spanish and branded options), credit agency integrations, automated underwriting (DU and LPA), pipeline management, marketing campaigns, and a secure borrower portal. The platform is available in three editions — PreApp 1003, PreApp Plus, and Broker Plus — each with an annual commitment option, and is packaged on a per-seat basis for loan originators. Additional team member and admin seats, along with premium set-up and training, are available as add-ons.
