Poster POS is a cloud point-of-sale system for restaurants, cafes, bars, fast food outlets and retail stores. It handles cashier operations, inventory, finances, marketing, delivery and analytics in one platform, running on standard tablets, computers and smartphones with optional receipt printers, fiscal devices and other peripherals.
Core modules include the cashier terminal, back-office admin panel with analytics, menu, warehouse, finance and marketing tools, plus delivery management, loyalty programs, QR menu and reviews, a kitchen display app (Kitchen Kit), network management (Poster Connect), and software fiscal registration (ПРРО). The AI assistant Postie processes invoices and bank statements into stock entries and categorized transactions. The free Poster Boss mobile app (iOS and Android) lets owners review sales, stock and expenses remotely. Integrations include Kaspi payment transfer, accounting programs, delivery aggregators, telephony and Telegram bots.
Poster is aimed at single venues and multi-location or franchise networks across HoReCa and retail. It is packaged as a monthly subscription with four editions for cafes and restaurants (Starter, Mini, Business, Pro), separate plans for stores, and a 15-day free trial on the Pro plan. One cashier terminal is included per plan; additional registers, mobile waiters, extra venues and add-ons such as Poster QR, Poster Site, Postie AI and Kitchen Kit are billed separately, with usage-based pricing for Postie actions. Custom pricing is available for large or franchise accounts.
