Planyway
Visual planning and tracking for Trello & Jira
Planyway is a visual planning and tracking tool that connects to Trello, Jira and GitHub boards to show who is working on what, when work is expected to ship, and where time is spent. It brings roadmaps, calendars, workload and time tracking into a single view so teams can plan across projects and keep schedules aligned.
Core modules include a Timeline for roadmaps and multi-board views, a Calendar with Google Calendar, Outlook and iCal integration, and Time Tracking with a timer, manual entry and export to Excel, CSV or JSON. Planning features cover milestones, dependencies, check-item scheduling, workload balancing by daily capacity, recurring cards, reminders and reports. It is available for Trello, Jira, GitHub and Chrome.
Planyway is aimed at individuals and teams across marketing, design, software development, project management and startups. For Trello, packaging includes a Free plan for personal task management, Individual and Team editions with seat-based billing for paid users, and an Enterprise edition with invoice payment and additional security and support options. A free trial of premium features is available, and nonprofit and educational pricing may apply.
