Planning Center is a church management system that brings ministry details together in one connected platform, covering worship planning, kids ministry, giving, groups, events, facilities, and communication. It aims to keep people, schedules, and data in sync so churches can follow up with members and manage day-to-day ministry work without juggling separate tools.

The system comprises 11 products that work together, including Services for building service plans, scheduling volunteers, and annotating music; Giving with donation processing and reporting; Check-Ins; Registrations; Calendar; and Groups. Church Center, a member-facing web platform and mobile app, lets people check in kids, view volunteer schedules, chat with groups, register for events, submit prayer requests, and give, with customizable themes, forms, and pages. AI tools work across all products, and an open API supports custom integrations. Available integrations include BoxCast, Mailchimp, Zapier, PraiseCharts, SongSelect, ProPresenter, and background check providers.

Planning Center is built for churches of any size, from small congregations to multi-campus organizations. Pricing is based on selecting only the products needed, with a free plan for the People product and a free 30-day trial available; Giving subscription costs scale with the number of donations per month. The platform is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and PCI Level One compliant.
