Ordinary Objects
Prototype high fidelity augmented reality for vehicles and interiors
Ordinary Objects is a mixed reality (MR) prototyping platform designed to accelerate the validation of complex spatial user experiences. It allows design teams to create, test, and refine high-fidelity interactive simulations for vehicles and interiors at true scale. The platform consists of an Editor (macOS/Windows) and Mirror apps (visionOS, Meta Quest, iOS/iPadOS) for testing. It supports importing 3D models (GLB), images (PNG/JPG), audio (WAV/MP3), and video (MP4). Key features include real-time collaboration, smart animated states, triggers and actions, plane and spatial anchors, and support for gaze, hand, and finger tracking. It is currently in free beta.
