OpenOrb
A curated search engine for Atom and RSS feeds.
OpenOrb is a curated search engine for Atom and RSS feeds. It indexes a configured list of feeds (a blogroll) and makes their content searchable. It is open source, configurable, personal, and predictable. It uses a simple BM25-based search engine that matches all search terms and supports exact phrase matching with quotes, but does not handle wildcards, boolean operators, or stemming. It only indexes content from feeds that include full post content. The project is designed to be the opposite of black-box monolithic search engines.
