One Course is an AI-powered learning management system and course builder for creating, managing and delivering online training. It addresses the work of turning a topic or an existing document into structured learning content, then assigning that content to learners and tracking their progress. Courses can be organized into modules, lessons and topics, with quizzes and assessments built into the material.
The Course Builder accepts documents, PDFs and presentations, using AI to draft modules, quizzes and images. A drag-and-drop editor, a templates library and support for video, audio and rich media allow the generated content to be refined and reused. SCORM export makes courses available to other compliant LMS platforms. Learner management covers assignments, due dates, prerequisites, automatic enrollment into pathways, groups and group reports, with progress tracking and analytics. A responsive mobile app provides push notifications and progress syncing. Integrations run through Zapier, connecting HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR, identity providers including Okta, Azure AD and Google Workspace, and communication tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams, with workflows for user provisioning and training-record sync.
