Mihu AI is an AI contact center platform that handles customer conversations across voice, WhatsApp, SMS, email and social channels. It addresses the operational challenge of managing inbound and outbound interactions at scale, covering tasks such as lead capture, booking, support, follow-up and campaigns across industries including healthcare, automotive, real estate, e-commerce, hospitality, tourism, financial services and professional services.

The platform provides specialized agents: Voice Agent for inbound and outbound calls, Messaging Agent for WhatsApp, SMS and Telegram, Email Agent, Social Media Agent for Instagram DM and Messenger, CRM Agent for updating contacts and deals, Quality and Coaching for call scoring and training, Reception and Booking for IVR, routing and scheduling, and Human in the Loop. Building and testing is handled through the Builder Assistant and Simulator Studio, while Mihu Assistant operates the platform itself. Supporting infrastructure includes VoIP, an on-premise deployment option, integrations, an API with developer documentation, a desktop app called Mihu Loop, and support for voice and text in multiple languages.
