The platform connects with HRIS, payroll, carrier, and eligibility systems, and runs on AWS with HIPAA compliance, AES-256 encryption, and two-factor authentication.

Lively is built for individuals saving with an HSA as well as HR teams, employers, and brokers administering benefits. HSAs are offered free for individuals and families, with optional investing that may carry an additional fee. Employer HSA administration is priced per employee per month subject to a monthly minimum, with preferred pricing available on request.
