Lamha is a shipping platform for e-commerce sellers in Saudi Arabia that connects stores to multiple courier companies through a single dashboard. It addresses the fragmented process of dealing with each courier separately by handling contracts and rates on the seller's behalf, with no contracts required from the seller. Orders sync automatically from the connected store, and labels can be created, printed, and tracked in one place, along with returns management.
The platform integrates with Salla, Zid, Shopify, and WooCommerce, or via a custom API connection. It connects directly to courier companies including Aramex, SMSA, JT Express, iMile, Redbox, Aymakan, and Delivery Now. Features include unified label creation, real-time shipment tracking, and weekly transfers of cash-on-delivery amounts with a detailed statement. For eligible couriers, undelivered and returned shipments incur no delivery or return fees.
Lamha is aimed at e-commerce stores of varying sizes, with coverage across Saudi Arabia. It offers two payment methods without packages or subscriptions: prepaid wallet top-up with automatic deduction per shipment, or monthly invoicing for larger stores, requested from within the account. There are no registration or subscription fees, and pricing varies by courier, weight, and destination, shown in the dashboard before shipping.
