Jam

Screen recorder for bugs, feedback, and ideas

Visit Jam

Jam is a screen recorder for software teams that captures bugs, feedback, and ideas together with technical context such as console logs, network requests, user events, and device details. Recordings are shared as a single link, so engineers and AI agents can see what happened without lengthy explanations or scattered screenshots.

Available through a Chrome extension, Jam for Mac, and Jam for iOS, it includes Jam AI for suggested titles, summaries, and repro steps, plus integrations with Linear, Jira, Slack, and webhooks. Recording Links let customers submit issues without installing anything, and there is a Fin integration for support conversations. Features also include screenshot and video annotations, video blurring, instant replay, transcription and captions, auto-chapters, MCP debugging, and backend logging.

Jam is aimed at product, QA, support, and engineering teams. It offers a free plan with limited Jams, Recording Links, and AI summaries; a Team plan billed per creator with a 14-day trial, unlimited Jams, access controls, and backend logging; and an Enterprise edition with SAML/SSO, audit logs, workspace analytics, and priority support.
