Hurl

Run and test HTTP requests with plain text and curl.

Visit Hurl

Hurl is a command line tool that runs HTTP requests defined in a plain text format. It can chain requests, capture values and evaluate queries on headers and body responses. It can be used for fetching data and testing HTTP sessions, working with HTML content, REST/SOAP/GraphQL APIs, and other XML/JSON based APIs. It can also test HTTP responses with XPath and JSONPath queries, assertions on status codes and response headers, and performance assertions on endpoint duration. Hurl is written in Rust with an HTTP engine powered by libcurl, distributed as a single binary with no runtime required, and integrates with CI/CD through text, JUnit, TAP and HTML reports.
