Hover is a construction and insurance platform that turns smartphone photos of a property into interactive 3D models. It is used to measure, design, and scope home improvement projects across exterior, roof, and interior work, helping construction professionals, insurance teams, and homeowners move from site capture to project planning in one workflow.
Core capabilities include accurate interior and exterior measurements, interactive 3D models, photo markups, and homeowner scan invitations. Hover Design creates visual design options with real materials, while estimates generate production-ready material lists, labor and fees, sales estimates, and branded proposals. The platform integrates with CRM, accounting, and project management tools, supports an API, and connects to estimating and claims systems such as Estimatics, Xactimate, and Cotality products. Direct material ordering is available with suppliers including ABC, SRS, and QXO.
Hover is packaged in four editions: Starter, a pay-per-project option with no subscription and a free trial covering the first three projects; Pro, an annual plan with discounted project pricing and premium design and estimating features; Business, an annual flat-rate plan for up to 10 branches with SSO; and Enterprise, a custom-priced plan with advanced permissions, multi-org management, and dedicated support. All plans cover the full team without a user limit.
