Hirevire is a screening automation tool that collects video, audio, screen recording, file and rich text responses from applicants against a fixed set of questions. It replaces screening calls by letting candidates record answers on their own schedule, with no app to install or account to create, and shares results with hiring managers through a single link.

Core capabilities include AI transcripts in 90+ languages, AI scorecards that score each answer 1 to 5 against weighted criteria with reasoning shown, and must-have criteria filtering that removes unqualified applicants before they record. It integrates natively with Ashby, Tellent Recruitee, Manatal and LinkedIn, supports MCP agents such as Claude and ChatGPT, and connects to thousands of apps through Zapier, Make and Pabbly Connect, plus webhooks and job board email forwarding.

Hirevire is aimed at solo recruiters, in-house hiring teams and recruitment agencies. It is packaged as three editions — Essentials, Professional and Agency — differentiated by active jobs, users and interview volume, with monthly, quarterly and yearly billing.
