Gymcatch

Gymcatch is a booking and customer management platform for independent fitness and wellness businesses, including gyms and studios, group fitness and yoga instructors, personal trainers, Pilates instructors, dance and martial arts teachers, and wellness providers. It handles scheduling, payments, and client administration while giving customers a booking experience across web, iOS, and Android.

Core capabilities include class, workshop, and appointment scheduling; passes, bundles, memberships, courses, and drop-ins; payment processing through Stripe, GymcatchPay, and GoCardless; automated wait lists; custom booking forms and waivers; discount codes; and cancellation policies with automatic credit-backs. Virtual sessions support livestream and on-demand delivery with Zoom integration. The platform also provides customer management, attendance registers, reporting and CSV exports, team permissions, in-app messaging, referral marketing, and website embedding. Admin tools are available in iOS and Android apps.

Gymcatch is packaged as a monthly subscription with a free introductory month and no long-term commitment. A base plan includes unlimited bookings, customers, and team members, while optional bolt-ons add features such as memberships, courses, discount codes, website integration, and automated credit-backs. Payment processing fees are separate from the subscription.
