Gravity Flow is a WordPress workflow plugin built on Gravity Forms, developed by Rocketgenius. It turns form submissions into structured, multi-step processes using drag-and-drop configuration, handling approvals, rejections, assignments, notifications, user input, and data routing without requiring code. It is designed for form-based processes such as vacation requests, purchase orders, contract reviews, admissions, job applications, and IT change requests.
The plugin offers more than 40 ready-to-use step types with conditional logic for branching and routing, an audit trail that logs who did what and when, scheduling and expiration controls, detailed reporting to identify bottlenecks, and frontend editing with resubmission for review loops. Workflow participants do not need user accounts. It integrates with Gravity Forms and the wider Gravity ecosystem, with extensions available for WooCommerce, Flowchart, Form Connector, Stripe, PayPal, Checklists, Folders, Parent-Child Forms, PDF Generator, Vacation Requests, and Incoming Webhook. APIs and hooks support custom development, and the plugin is available in over 12 languages. Data remains on the user's own servers, and workflows can include automated data deletion steps.

It is packaged as annual licenses: Core for a single site, Pro for three sites with selected extensions included, and Ultimate for up to 50 sites with all extensions, multisite support, and priority support.
