Google Labs is a hub where Google publishes experimental AI tools for early testing and feedback. It brings together experiments spanning creative work, coding, research, design, marketing, learning, and household coordination, with some tools later evolving into Google products such as Gemini, Google Flow, Gemini Notebook, Google Flow Music, and Google AI Studio.
The experiments include Google Flow, an AI creative studio for stories; Google Flow Music, an AI music studio; Stitch, an AI design canvas for natural-language UI creation; Opal, a natural-language mini-app builder; Jules, an asynchronous coding agent for tasks such as bug fixes, tests, and features; Stax, an AI evaluation toolkit for models and prompts; Pomelli, a marketing content tool; and Disco, a browser AI testing area featuring GenTabs. Other listed experiments cover collaborative coding, research, learning, writing, and simulated teamwork.
