Fusion Signage is a cloud-based digital signage platform for designing, scheduling and publishing content to screens across one or many locations. It aims to let businesses update displays from a single dashboard without coding or extensive training, with content continuing to play from a local cache if the internet connection drops.
Core capabilities include a drag-and-drop Designer, a template library, playlists with nesting, widgets for news, weather, RSS feeds, clocks, countdowns and QR codes, and scheduling with dayparting and screen grouping. Multi-screen sync, user permissions, single sign-on and unlimited user accounts support administration. Integrations cover Canva, Google Sheets, POS systems, Zapier, Tableau and Power BI. The platform runs on Amazon, Android, BrightSign, ChromeOS, Linux, Philips, Sony, Tizen, WebOS and Windows devices, and holds ISO 270001 and SOC 2 Type II attestation, with data stored on AWS infrastructure in Sydney.
It suits businesses of varying sizes, from single-location setups to large screen networks, across retail, QSR, hospitality, corporate, fitness and education. A free trial is available without a credit card. Licences are required per installation, generally per screen or media player, across Basic, Advanced and Pro editions, with annual, three-year and five-year terms offering discounts.
