Forge is a hosting and platform infrastructure service for building, deploying and managing websites, apps and plugins. It connects to Git repositories and supports static site generators, JavaScript bundlers and build tools, with deployment to a global CDN featuring instant cache invalidation and atomic deploys. It also offers forms, webhooks, a headless CMS and plugin ecosystem tooling.

Key capabilities include continuous deployment via GitHub and Bitbucket active sync, incoming and outgoing webhooks, Forge Server rules for URL rewrites and redirects, Forge Forms with Formsmith AI, Forge CLI, Cloud Functions, custom domains and free SSL certificates. Integrations include Forge Ignite for backend apps, Forge Canvas and Chisel CMS for headless content management, Hammer for Mac, and Forge Striker, an AI assistant for building and deploying sites, apps and plugins.

Forge is aimed at individual developers, freelancers, teams and larger organizations. Individual plans are offered on monthly or annual billing with collaborator and site limits, while the Iron plan provides a fixed monthly price for teams with unlimited members and projects. Enterprise solutions are available for organizations with complex needs, including plugin platforms, internal developer platforms and product discovery platforms.
