flo's freeware
Utilities and source codes for Windows.
flo's freeware is a collection of freeware tools for Windows created by Florian Balmer for personal use. The main project is Notepad2, a lightweight Notepad-like text editor with syntax highlighting. Other, less actively maintained projects are listed in the Project Archive.
Notepad2 includes features such as PowerShell syntax highlighting, enhanced encoding support, and registry-based Notepad replacement. The collection also includes metapath, which has received updates including 64-bit support and ini-file support. Updates are released at variable intervals, with news posted on the site and through a Mailing List.
