Flint

Personalized learning built for schools

Visit Flint

Flint is an AI platform for K-12 schools where teachers build activities, monitor live student sessions with an AI tutor called Sparky, grade against rubrics, and review analytics. It connects to SIS and LMS systems so rosters, classes, and grades stay synced, and supports students of all ages including those under 13.

Teachers create or edit activities through chat with Sparky, upload content such as PDFs, docs, slides, images, audio, video, and links, and use tools including web search, speech in and out, a whiteboard, code execution, and image, slide, and video generation. During sessions, a live table shows student status, with message alerts when a student is stuck, session analysis covering strengths and areas of improvement, and full transcripts. Grading includes custom rubrics, manual feedback, a gradebook with weighted categories, follow-up activities, student profile reports, outcomes and standards alignment, and usage analytics. Sparky's behavior is governed by per-activity guidelines, citations, moderation flags, and access controls. Integrations run through Edlink and include Google Classroom, Canvas, Schoology, Blackbaud, and many other LMS and SIS platforms, with Google and Microsoft sign-in.

Flint is built for teachers, students, and school administrators, with admin visibility into sessions and rostering and compliance support for COPPA and FERPA. The platform offers a free starting plan and a demo option.
