Fitr is coaching software for personal trainers and fitness coaches that brings programming, client management, sales and payments into one platform. It addresses the operational side of running a coaching business, covering program design, client communication, progress tracking, selling programs and collecting payments, so coaches can manage their work without relying on separate tools.

The platform includes programming tools such as a Schedule Builder, Sets & Reps tables, Personal Records, Challenges & Leaderboards, macros and nutrition tracking, habits and client Tracks. Communication features include 1-2-1 messaging, community chat, bulk messaging and coach notes. Coaches can sell through a branded Storefront, Program Pages, Packages, coupons, trials and pre-sells, with payments automated through Stripe. Integrations are available via Zapier, and the Brand Kit allows customisation of the web platform and app. Fitr also offers a custom branded client app on the App Store and Google Play, plus AI Programming for personalised running or strength programming, powered by svexa.

Fitr is designed for personal trainers, fitness coaches and gym owners, including those working with teams. It is packaged with a 14-day free trial requiring no credit card, with full feature access during the trial. Pricing is based on active client subscriptions, with monthly and annual billing options, and plans can be changed at any time. Business Automation for payments, billing and program access is available as an additional service, and a custom app is offered as a separate build.
