FieldGoal
Don't build a whole backend just for one stupid form.
FieldGoal is a form endpoint service that lets simple sites collect submissions without building a backend. You write your own HTML and CSS form, then set its action attribute to a unique FieldGoal URL; there are no JavaScript widgets, editors, or iframes to embed.
Submissions can be stored, forwarded by email, and passed to other apps through Zapier integration. The service also includes spam blocking, file uploads to S3, and storage for unlimited submissions.
FieldGoal is aimed at personal sites as well as freelancers and agencies managing client forms. It is packaged as a free trial with paid plans that vary by the number of forms: single, freelancer, studio, and agency tiers.
