Edgility is an Australian SMS provider whose MessagePort platform lets businesses send and receive text messages online, integrate SMS into existing software, and communicate with customers, staff and suppliers. It supports bulk marketing and promotional SMS, automated staff alerts, two-way messaging through virtual numbers, and sending SMS directly from an email inbox.
MessagePort includes online SMS sending to one or many recipients, multi-user hierarchy and permissions, an online address book, SMS templates, free replies, a web inbox for inbound SMS, instant SMS chat, comprehensive reporting, automated opt-out functionality, and live SMS delivery status. The SMS Gateway API allows developers to add sending and receiving SMS to their own applications. Virtual numbers support two-way campaigns with automatic replies and keyword triggers. Integrations are available directly or through Zapier, with named connections including ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, Power Automate, SSO, MRI Software, SMS for VoIP, Web Chat, and Computer Troubleshooters.
Edgility serves businesses, developers, and resellers. Pricing is available in Australian and New Zealand editions, with virtual number packages for SMS and MMS, SMS with call forwarding, and SMS linked to a VoIP mobile number. Enterprise bulk SMS, reseller solutions, and custom development, consulting, and campaign management are available on request.
