Core capabilities include contact and donation management, mass email with open and click tracking, online donation forms supporting one-time, recurring, and pledges via Stripe, and an Automated Task Manager for triggered emails and notifications. Reporting includes custom reports, dashboards, and AI-powered tools for identifying trends and donor behavior. Integrations include QuickBooks and Constant Contact, with native modules EventSnap for event ticketing and registration and AuctionSnap for mobile auction bidding. The platform runs in a web browser on Mac and PC, with screen-level and field-level user permissions, nightly off-site backups retained for 60 days, and admin-controlled access.
DonorSnap is aimed at nonprofits of varying sizes. Pricing is tiered by contact count, with unlimited users and all features included in every plan; a site setup fee covers setup, data conversion, and private training.
