It imports orders from connected stores and marketplaces, generates shipping labels, applies automation rules, handles international customs documentation, and sends branded tracking notifications to customers. A DHL Express account number is required to use the platform.
Core capabilities include bulk label generation for thermal printers or PDF, packing slip and manifest creation, packing validation, automatic package assignment, address correction, and a rules engine that assigns DHL Express products, splits orders, and sets delivery options based on location, weight, SKU, or other parameters. Checkout Rate Rules control which DHL Express rates and services appear at checkout. International tools cover duties and taxes, HS codes, and customs documentation.
