CoverageBook
PR reporting tool that turns coverage links into shareable reports with metrics
CoverageBook is a PR reporting tool for agencies and in-house public relations teams. Users paste links to online articles and social posts, or upload print clippings and media files, and the tool collects screenshots, metrics and contextual data. Reports can be customised with branding and shared online, as PDF, or exported as CSV. The company states it has been collecting coverage data since 2014.
Coverage supports links from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Spotify, Twitch, Facebook and LinkedIn, alongside print, broadcast and custom slides. Metrics include Estimated Views, social shares, outlet audience stats and link tracking for SEO reporting, with third-party data from SimilarWeb, Moz and Buzzsumo. Custom metrics can be added manually, and print clippings are read to extract title, date and outlet. Reports offer three coverage layouts, logos, brand colours and custom slides.
Plans are seat-based and usage-based, with monthly or annual billing and clip allowances ranging from 100 to over 100,000 clips per month across Bronze, Silver, Gold and Enterprise tiers. A 30-day free trial is available, and an Archive plan keeps existing reports live during pauses. Charities and non-profits receive a discount.
