Cloudron

Complete solution for running apps on your own server

Visit Cloudron

Cloudron is a self-hosting platform for installing, updating and managing web apps on your own server. It handles system administration tasks such as app updates, user management, backups and firewall configuration, allowing users to focus on the apps themselves rather than server maintenance.

The platform includes an App Store for deploying production-ready apps, central user management with access control and Single Sign-On, a built-in mail server with calendar and contacts sharing, spam filtering and automated DKIM/SPF/DMARC setup, encrypted backups to external storage, and a built-in firewall with event auditing. Cloudron uses an immutable infrastructure design to support migration of apps and servers across providers. It follows a rolling release schedule with timely app and security updates.

Cloudron is packaged in three plans: a free plan limited to two apps, and two paid editions offering unlimited apps with additional capabilities such as user groups and roles, a directory server, multiple backup sites and VPN-only app access. All plans include app updates, per-app backups, firewall, email solution and Single Sign-On. Pricing is charged per instance rather than per app, with monthly and yearly billing options.
