Clinked

White-label client portal for secure client collaboration, document management and project

Visit Clinked

Clinked is a white-label client portal that gives clients a branded workspace for sharing files, tracking project progress, approving work, and communicating with a team. It replaces scattered email threads and disconnected tools with a single secure space where documents, conversations, and updates live together.

The platform includes document management with version control, file approvals, file requests, and guest sharing; task management with Kanban boards and shared calendars; group and one-to-one chat, commenting, annotations, and an online document editor; and configurable dashboards with widgets. White-label options cover branding, custom domains, custom email domains, and a branded mobile app for iOS and Android. Native integrations include Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign, Jotform, Typeform, Zoom, and QuickBooks, with Zapier connecting to thousands of additional apps. Access controls include granular permissions, role-based permissions, two-factor authentication, single sign-on, and an audit trail.

Clinked is aimed at client-facing teams in industries such as accounting, finance, legal, healthcare, insurance, investment, and M&A. It is packaged as a Client Portal with per-user and per-month plans at different tiers, a Virtual Data Room edition with custom members and storage, and a custom portal option built to specification. A free trial is available, and the mobile app is included in all plans.
