Churn Buster

Churn Buster is subscription retention software that addresses two forms of churn: failed payments that cause passive churn and customer-initiated cancellations that cause active churn. It coordinates retry timing with branded recovery messaging so subscribers update their payment details, and replaces one-click cancellation with a flow that captures exit reasons and presents save offers.

The platform includes Dunning, with retry strategy tuned by decline characteristics, recovery email and SMS sent from the brand's domain, and a no-login card update page with 3D Secure on Stripe and Braintree. Cancel Flows offers reason-matched save offers, A/B testing in the editor, Sentiment AI for identifying exit feedback patterns by segment, and optional one-click cancellation. It connects to platforms including Stripe, Shopify, Recharge, Loop, Braintree, Recurly, and others, with an API option. A Customer MCP integration exposes recovery data to AI clients such as Claude and ChatGPT through read-only queries.

Churn Buster serves subscription eCommerce, SaaS, membership, and digital subscription businesses, as well as agencies managing retention for clients. Pricing is a flat monthly fee based on MRR tier, with Dunning or Cancel Flows available separately or together, month-to-month with no contract.
