Charityvest is a donor-advised fund platform that provides a tax-deductible giving account for individuals and groups. Contributions of cash, stock, crypto, and complex assets are accepted into the account, with a single annual tax receipt covering all contributions. Funds can be invested in ETF portfolios and later granted to US charities, either individually or through Community Funds that let multiple givers pool capital for shared causes.
The platform supports individual giving, Community Funds for collaborative grants, and serves individuals, advisors, workplaces, and charities. Accounts can be opened with no minimum contribution, and there are no administrative fees or transaction fees; investment expenses apply to the ETF portfolios. Recurring grants and anonymous granting are available, and contributions can be made in appreciated assets to avoid capital gains taxes.
