Atomic Place (formerly AtomicServer)

A place on your own device. A server when you need one.

Visit Atomic Place (formerly AtomicServer)

Atomic Place is a local-first workspace for documents, tables, files, meetings, chat, websites and apps, built on the open Atomic Data specification. Work starts on your own devices and can run offline, with optional encrypted cloud backup, sharing and always-on hosting when needed. The product was formerly known as AtomicServer; the open-source core remains MIT-licensed and self-hosting is supported.

Features include tables, kanban boards, documents, files, meetings, apps and websites, with history tracking for changes, offline operation and sync, a REST API, and SDKs for JavaScript, React, Svelte, Rust and Dart/Flutter. Custom schemas can be defined as linked data so other applications can interpret the same records. Sign-in options include passkeys, email links, and Google, Apple or GitHub accounts.

Atomic Place is available for macOS, Windows, Linux, Android and iOS, with a browser demo requiring no account. Packaging includes a free Cloud Vault plan with encrypted cloud backup, a Cloud Server plan priced per drive per month for hosted workspaces with publishing, team access and API search, and a custom Enterprise edition for organizations with custom workflows, integrations and multi-node setups.
