Aqueduct

Create, edit, and share procedural material graphs for 3D content.

Visit Aqueduct

Aqueduct is a browser-based procedural material engine for creating, editing, and sharing material graphs built from composable GPU shader nodes. It addresses the need to author procedural materials from a visual node editor and move them into Unreal Engine workflows, with graphs that render live in the browser and can be shared as editable links.

The editor includes a built-in node library and support for creating custom nodes with adjustable parameters. It offers Unreal live-sync for channel-packed material .uasset files and texture maps with real-time updates, a native MCP integration for working with agents such as Claude Code and Codex, a CLI for pipeline automation or locally hosted MCP, and an in-app Agent feature. Material graph snapshots can be shared as interactive, linkable views.

Aqueduct is available under a Community license for individuals or companies below a revenue and funding threshold, covering commercial use with no attribution required, exports up to 4K, unlimited material graph projects, and the Unreal Engine plugin. A Studio license, priced per seat, adds a team workspace with shared projects and priority support. Hosted services including in-app Agent usage, Cloud MCP render minutes, and bitmap asset storage are tracked and billed separately, with allowances differing by license.
