Agenda

Notes meets Calendar

Visit Agenda

Agenda is a note-taking app for Apple platforms that organizes notes into a timeline and integrates calendar events, so past, present, and future notes sit together in one view. Notes can be dated, linked to calendar events, or marked On the Agenda for quick access, and can be grouped into projects and categories.

Features include a styled-text editor with tags, links, tables, lists, and checklists, plus attachments, reminders synced with the Reminders app, widgets, and an Apple Watch app. Search, saved searches, and a project jump bar help locate notes. Notes can be shared for real-time collaboration, and Ask Agenda provides on-device question answering about your notes; on the Mac, the Model Context Protocol connects AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT to search, read, and write notes. Notes sync via iCloud and Dropbox and export to PDF, RTF, and Markdown.

Agenda is aimed at business users as well as engineers, scientists, teachers, students, and creatives. It runs on macOS, iOS, and iPadOS. The app is free with no time limits, with additional capabilities available through Premium features.
