AI features capture invoices, match them to jobs and cost codes, route approvals, auto-code receipts, and flag expired vendor documents. Integrations cover construction ERP and PM platforms including Sage, Acumatica, CMiC, Foundation, Viewpoint, QuickBooks, Procore, and Autodesk Build.

Agave is designed for general and trade contractors. Products can be purchased standalone or bundled, with pricing based on business size, modules, and seats. Some modules carry a one-time implementation fee, and AI Analytics uses seat-based pricing.
